Cascades of yellow balloons filled the air as members of the Stone Oak Business Association joined the nationally recognized chef Bruce Auden  to cut a giant yellow ribbon on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, officially opening Auden's Kitchen in Stone Oak. A casually-spirited dining destination at the corner of E. Sonterra Blvd. and Sigma Dr. in The Plaza at Concord Park, Auden's Kitchen features traditionally American cuisine. Menu selections, served for both lunch and dinner, include pizzas, burgers, salads, and sandwiches vying for culinary attention with chicken, pork, lamb, and fish entrees, many prepared in the kitchen's wood burning oven. Several chalk boards with daily specials, wine lists, and other edible offerings including daily baked breads and pastries are available for dine in and take out.
